Cancellation Policy

C-Stile Flooring LLC. understands that unexpected circumstances can prevent you from getting a service completed per your confirmed scheduled Installation. If you’re unable to keep a confirmed Installation appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as soon as possible to avoid potential fees. 24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy. C-Stile Flooring has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your Installation appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $50 for late cancellation. This policy is in place out of respect for our installers and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
